Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sorry, no CD is available for this gift. HP refers to Windows 10 to get the driver, but even after clicking "Windows Update", that C8180 does not appear in the list.

@domwild 

 

Printer is too old therefore HP won't have new driver for it.  The CD now won't work because it requires Adobe Flash player which is N/A now

 

                  Adobe Flash Player EOL

Sorry, the suggested solution of clicking "Adding a USB connected printer" stops at "Yes, recommended" as Windows 10 does not come up with a driver or looks for an update. I have a second PC with a driver and must now connect this second PC to the network to be able to print.

This download is a genuine HP product - many thanks. A few script errors, which I ignored and Window warnings. After printing I will report again.
