How can I scan multiple pages in .pdf format?  There isn't a + sign anywhere to add pages. After the first page scans it says it's saved to my Scan Folder with the option to 'View' or 'Cancel'. I've tried it in various resolution setting,,,still no + or add another page option. Help please!!  Thankful for any help you can provide!!!

Hi,

Please try the following option:

  ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed,

(a) Hit Win key,

(b) Scroll down to HP group/folder,

(c) Double click "HP Scan Extended"

Regards.

Thanks for the link!  I got it downloaded and installed, but when I tried to use it I got a message that it could not connect to my printer/scanner.  Everything was powered up, cables plugged in, etc.  Still trying to figure out next step.
