trying to get my hp photosmart c4975 printer to work with my mac.  It worked for years.  Not it doesnt.  Tried to reinstall the printer.  Have the disc but it still wont work.  Says the software is unavailable.  I get to the ad printer, select my printer but the add button wont light up and I cant add it.  Very frustrated.  also have an epson and I get the same messge.  My guess is that it has something to do with my mac.

How can ireset the wirless password for the printer without the cd.

I did download the drivers for my 4795 series because I do not have the CD.; however, when I try to go wireless, it asking me for the WiFi software. Any suggestions on that??
