Installed new Cyan Cartridge.  Printed fine for awhile until I put a large print job in that had a lot of blue ink on the powerpoint.  Blue started fading out until now no blue.  Print quality Diagnostics page says all cartridges have well over 50% and Printhead health is good.  But no blue printed on the page.  There are no white lines in Test Pattern 2.  There are no dark lines or white gaps in Test pattern 3. In test pattern one, I see black and red lines, but no blue.

I just tried to align printheads and it said "Alignment Failed"  But the printer prints perfectly except for blue.   No blue printed on the printout I received showing the alignment bars.

Hi@Musedeb,

Thanks for stopping by HP Support Forums.

I came across your post and would like to help.

Need assistance in fixing the color printing issue on the printer. Is that, correct?

I have found a suitable article from HP website which ideally helps you fix the issue on your printer. Please try the steps from the link below and check if that solves the issue.
