OfficeJet Pro 7740
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I just purchased an OfficeJet Pro 7740 and it won't allow me to scan or copy any paper sizes larger than 8.5 x 14.  I bought this printer to scan/copy 11 x 14.  The option to scan/copy that size doesn't even display on printer or in dialog box on my computer.  What is the problem/solution?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

First you need to ensure you have your FULL feature software installed.

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

Next, start your Scan software.

Watch these videos on how to scan/copy  A3/Tabloid sizes on the Flatbed (scan glass).

Hope that helps!
