Yellow was printing on my document and then stopped. No warning light to say ink had run out. Test pages say all is well but no yellow is on the pages. I have changed ink cartridge. Any ideas?

I started by re printing the test page on HP scan doctor and luckily it printed the yellow which it wasn't doing before. Not sure why that happened as I did all the usual stuff with no joy. I had to print 85x4 double sided copies and that didn't clear it on the day.  I have now printed a copy of the document and the yellow seems to be working properly now. I will clean the print head anyway. Thank you for your advice.
