Hello
The web service on my printer has stopped working when I send a print to my printer using either the printers email address or via HP ePrint + JetAdvantage.
I checked my 'ePrint History' and it tells me the print was canceled with no other information. The status tells me the printer is 'Online' & 'Ready'
When I check my printer's Web Services on the printer, the printer's email address is showing as 'Not Active' and the 'ePrint Service: Off'. I press 'Settings', 'ePrint' is 'On'.
Any ideas would be gratefully received
Regards
Ewan.
