4620 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have been using this printer for over close to a year and have loved it.  I always use bluetooth to print from my phone, tablet, and laptop.  Now this morning I can't.  The bluetooth light keeps blinking and when checking the settings for the printer on my laptop it is showing it as offline.   When I go to properties it is not showing offline.  I have lost connectivity for all devices.

Hello @anio1424 ,

Welcome to the HP forums.

I understand that your printer is showing as offline.

I would like to help.

The printer has fallen off of your network.

If the printer was still on the network the blue wifi light would be solid.

The blinking tells you that the wireless radio is on, but the printer is not connected to a network.

The following document should help you get your printer back onto the network.

Setting Up the Printer for a Wireless network for the HP Officejet 4620

Hope this helps.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
