Product: hp officejet 7612
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I set printing preference to borderless but when printing, still end up with .25 inch border. Why? And how to eliminate? Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Are you using the HP driver to print borderless?

 

Also,w what software are you using to print photos? 

 

Can you use the HP Printer driver and select the "Photo Print Borderless"

This, I think, falls under the "I can't believe I'm so stupid," but: I believe I am using HP driver to print borderless. How can I tell? As far as software ... I mean, I print sometimes through Picasa but not exclusively. Again - examples, please. Thanks.
