I can't get my printer to print barcodes that are e-mailed.The printer leaves that part of the page blank. A gift card was e-mailed to me .All the writing on the page printed but the picture of the card was left blank when I printed it.The print preview revealed everything but when I printed it, it left that part  of the page blank. Does anybody know why this happens?

You could save the file as a PDF and print the document as a image from Adobe.

From Advanced printer settings, check Print as Image.

You may have to install the barcode fonts. Here is the link for the Free Barcode Font - Code 39.

If there is anything else I can help you with, just let me know. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. I will try this the next time I have to print from an e-mail. I'm also wondering if it has something to do with me printing from my laptop that has a wireless  network connection. Again I would like to thank you  for your time and help regarding this matter. P.S I hit the thumbs up button . I hope it registered

I had the same issue with Windows 10 Edge browser and color laser.  Worked OK with Firefox.  Edge strips off borders, etc. so must be stripping off the barcode.  /Dan

I was wondering if you were able to get the printer to print Labels with barcodes - when i print from my tablet i have to save label as an image in Gallery & then create a document by inserting the label & saving as a document Then printing it which is a pain in the BLANK!  I have the eprint app saved on my tablet & I dont see an option to change settings
