I have read the posts regarding finding the Mopier Mode and changing the enable/disable setting in order to print multiple copies.  I use windows 7.  However....My printer Device Settings page does not offer anything that says Mopier Mode. Do I need to reload the software, or what?

Hi ulap,

Thank you for providing that information.

I have provided a few things that we can try to resolve this issue.

From the application your printing from, go to file, print, Number of copies select 2. Uncheck Collate. You can now change the number of copies. Collate should now stay unchecked.

Try printing the multiple page document again.

If it still won't print the multiple pages then try the following steps to change the printer driver's spool settings.

Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
Right-click the printer icon for your printer driver, and then click Printer Properties.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Click to select Print Directly to the Printer.
Click Apply and OK.

Try printing again.

If you are still having issues, the driver might have become corrupted or damaged.

I would uninstall and reinstall the printer software.

Disconnect the USB cable from the printer.

Run the uninstall.

Uninstalling the Printer Software.

Then download and install the latest drivers.

HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer Drivers.

Select your operating system, click next and click on the software to download and install.

Let me know if the multiple pages will now print.

Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.
Have a wonderful day!

Hi ulap,

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!

I read your post and see that you can't find the Mopier Mode and Job Storage on the Laserjet P1102w.
I will be happy to help you.

The Mopier Mode is for a older model Laserjet M1319 printer.

What is your issue that I can help you with?

What program are you printing from?

How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)

Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.
Have a great weekend!

I'm not real technical.....I'm trying to make multiple copies and changing from 1 copy to 4 copies (for example) has no effect on printing more than 1 copy.  I have Window 7, Word 2010, and am not wireless, most likely USB.

So when I'm finished with a letter in Word, click on Print in the File drop down, the very first area is 'copies'...no effect in changing there. I have also gone into the printer properties and change the number of copies there, to no effect.

Does this help?

Gemini02,

Many thanks for taking your time to send me some options....the one that worked is:

"From the application your printing from, go to file, print, Number of copies select 2. Uncheck Collate. You can now change the number of copies. Collate should now stay unchecked."

Thanks again.
