Product: mfp m127fw laser jet pro all i
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
every time I try to print a password protected document (pdf file) the printer does nothing, then when I try to print a regular document it is locked up. If I first try to print a regular document there is no problem until I attempt the password protect one. Could the wireless network feature be the cause?

Hi @gellis,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're unable to print a password protected PDF document. I will certainly do my best to assist you.
When you tried to print the protected PDF it has encryption on it, the printer's printing language (PostScipt) cannot convert the encrypted file. You will need to remove the encryption and it should be able to print normally.
Therefore, you would need to remove the restrictions and password of the PDF (assuming you have correct credentials to do so), prior to printing.
See this guide for more information:
If the issue persists, I recommend that you contact Adobe Support.
