change e-mail address on instant ink account

Hello,

I recently moved and had to change my ISP.  How do I change the e-mail address associated with my Instant Ink Account?

I was able to successfully change my billing and shipping address, but can't seem to do the same for the e-mail address associated with my Instant Ink Account.

Hi @Bill1914

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. It can be tricky to change the email address associated with your account. This is because the email address is tied to the HP Connected account. Instant Ink is but a small portion of this account. 

Log into your Instant Ink account. In the upper right hand corner click on 'Settings" and then on "My Account" 

You will then see the option to edit the email address associated with your account. After editing the email, log into the desired email account. You should see an email requesting the confirmation of change.
