Hi, i have almost the same problem whit my cp2025dn. I have install new hp cartridge, and did calibration several times as well factory reset. And is still the same. I think that the red toner is shifting, causing double image. It is not from my PC, this is happening even with the demo page which is printed directly from the printer. Any idea?

I have the same problem with my HP Color LaserJet CP1515n but with all 3 laptops (all windows 7, 2 64 bit one is 32 bit) that ive tried it on.
I cannot for the life of me find the installation disc and all the laptops use a HP Color LaserJet CP1510 Series driver to work the printer. This has worked ok for years but this problem has been getting worse for a while now.
I dont have the toolboxfx program but i have tried the other steps listed in the thread with the exception of wiping a computer and reinstalling everything.
Any ideas, given the problem seems to happen on all computers and not just one.

Hi balmedoiut,
Sounds like this is more hardware or toner related. Follo the steps in the document below, and let me know what you find out?

PCWizard,
I'm having the very same issues with color printing on my CP 1515n. Have all HP toner which I've already switched to new cartridges out of desperation, printer works great on B&W printing, everything else is fine. Printed diagnostics page and clearly I need to calibrate. Downloaded & installed new driver but Toolbox FX doesn't install because I have Windows 7. Thanks for helping resolve this.

Hi SLange,
Have you used remanufacture cartridges in this printer before?
Do you have OEM or Remanufactured cartridges installed at this time?
When did the shading or double image start happening?
Do you have the same PQ issue when you print a internal test page from the control panel of the printer?
Download and update the printer to the latest firmware at the link HERE
