Product: HP Desk Jet 3632 All in One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
and removed it but this did not fix the problem. I have disconnected; restarted; run all the scans; and I continue to get the E4 error and paper jam error.
This printer is used for my job. I need it now.

Thanks for reaching out. I would love to help you with this issue.
I understand you have some issues with your printer and it gives you an E4 Error message. Here is a document which will help you troubleshoot this issue.
