Hi,

There are many alternatives such as this

     pdf24.png

You can download this free software from the following link. You can use pdf24 to edit pdf files too.:

You should be able to scan to a PDF file using the HP software.  You shouldn't need to use third party software.  When you select the option to scan to a PDF, do you get any error messages, or are you having trouble finding the option to scan to PDF?

Are you scanning from the HP software, or from the front of the printer?

Solution Center should give you the option to either Scan an Image, or Scan a Document.  If you select the Scan an Image option, you won't see the option for PDF.  If you select the Scan a Document option, you won't see options for image files.  Try selecting Scan a Document and see if the options are there.

You can also use an external tool such as http://www.from-jpg-to-pdf.com/ which is a website designed to easily convert jpg to pdf.

Hi, Asteriskk.

Thanks for you nice sharing. I wonder whether the PDF converter you mentioned above is free or just offer free trial package for users to check? I will try it later. Good luck.
