deskjet 1280
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently updated my laptop to windows 10 (64 bit). My deskjet 1280 printer does not work with windows 10.

Can somebody give me the update link to install the driver.

Hi there @Cnoel,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand you are having an issue with printer drivers. I will be glad to help you.

 

There are no printer driver for Windows 10 for this printer.

 

You can disconect the USB cable.

Remove the printer from devices and printers.

Restart the computer.

connect the USB cable and Window 10 should add the printer.

 

if that does not work, remove the printer and add back select the Deskjet 9800 or 990c printer.
