I use a hp 4620 printer and it usually works fine. However I also have a Epson tm-c3400 label printer.

The epson printer over takes the 4620 driver and I can not find a way to get this corrected.  The driver for 4620 takes the form size of the Empson printer and I can not find a good way to reset the 4620 to normal paper instead of the 4" printer label. This happens weekly  on paychecks.  the 4620 will continue to pring 4 inches wide.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet 4620 printer. I understand that it prints 4 inches wide and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Adjust the paper size setting.
  • Check the paper source setting.
  • Reset the printer.

Click here to refer the document and perform troubleshooting steps mentioned above to fix this issue.

Let me know how it goes.

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,

Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.

Cheers.
