Hi @med_song ,

Thanks for providing the screen shot.

By the IPv4 address showing the 169...., the printer isn't on the router's network. It is assigned a Adhoc IP address. Which means from the printer to the computer. Peer to Peer.

Restore the printer defaults and run the Wireless setup again on the printer to connect to the router's network.

Restore the printer defaults.

Go to setup, services, restore defaults.

Power cycle the router and the computer.

Make sure the computer is connected to the proper network name.

Run the wireless setup on the printer.

Go to setup, network setup, wireless menu, wireless setup wizard.

Print a configuration page to get the printer's IP address. (192....or 10....)

Printing a Configuration Report.

Select Method one.

If you have a valid IP address for the printer then try and access the Embedded Web Server for the printer.
Type the IP address into your web browser's address bar. (Internet Explorer)

If it loads the printer's network page then the printer is on the network.

Go to start, devices and printers, right click the printer and left click printer properties, select the ports tab.

Click Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP Port, then select New Port and follow the wizard.
Type in the proper IP address for the printer.
Make sure the printer is online.

Test the printer.

Then setup the email again.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

Have a great day!
Thank You.
