well, my work is my home. just different PC's. So, I'm connected to my home network 24x7 and so is my phone. Here is a screenshot of my phone and the app that i've been referring to. 🙂

I want to make sure I am seeing this correctly. If you couldn't tell, a moderator needs to approve any photos first so it may be up to 24 hours before I see your actual image. Eek! So now you are having problems with Airprint? Press the wireless radio icon on the printer and make sure it is definitely connected to the same network with a valid IP address (192.168.xx.xx). I wish the blue light meant it was connected to the network. That is just the indicator that the wireless radio is on and emitting a signal. If the phone and the printer are on the same network, make sure bluetooth is off within the iPhone settings. Take your time today and work on this when you can. I will be here all day and some of the night. The good thing about these kinds of printer problems is it can only be a few things but one could still get burnt out and frustrated doing too much at once.
Have you ever used www.imgur.com to upload photos? If this picture hasn't come through by the time you get off work, try uploading your photo there and then either post the link here or in a private message to me.

I did not know about the pic processing. 😞 http://2otters.imgur.com/all/
Wireless is on on printer, valid IP address.
Bluetooth is not active on my phone.

Let me make sure I understand now that some things have changed. You can now use ePrint and the ePrint App but not Airprint, is that correct?
Do you want to change direction and look into Airprint now (assuming ePrint issues have gone away)? Or, do you want to work on ePrint because it is only working part of the time?

Correct!!!!
I'd like to go back to airprint.....Print from my picture roll, or Safari, or email w/attachments, pdf's, etc.....
and again, I really don't know what changed, why I can't use airprint when I was able to before. I'm sure....user error! HA!

HA! No no I really hope it's not user error - you can't uninstall that! 🙂 I am sure it is a simple network conflict that happens when going back and forth with these kinds of problems. When a customer would call in with Airprint problems, I would make them turn off the phone, the printer, and then go to the router and unplug the power cord for 10 seconds, then power everything back on one at a time before I would continue. The reason being is, one day before working here, I thought I could troubleshoot my own network problems. 3 hours later I was not making any progress. I decided to reboot the wireless router and that fixed everything! I was happy and upset at the same time. I don't want to make the same mistake with you. When you get a chance, I would try that very simple step and see if that fixes everything now.

I see your picture now! Is that still the message on your ePrint App (you have one print job pending)? I think everything will fall into place after a simple network reset. Let me know how that goes (fingers crossed)! I will ask the moderator to remove your printer's email address or the picture now that I have seen it. I do believe that is personal information but I will double-check for you. Your privacy is still my concern.

See, it happens to the best of us! Since it was working before and now it is not that has to be the problem. Take your time and let me know how that goes. I tried to view your picture from imgur.com and I couldn't get it to load there either. Now that I have seen something I could not recreate on my end, I am glad you shared that photo. It was rather useful. I was able to tell quite a bit from it actually.
