what a joke.   A manual workaround when someone is trying to get an email automatically printed?   either you do not understand the problem or you are gaslighting us.   Let us disable this stupid mimecast on hold queue that sends print documents to our printer with links to release documents.  Let us worry about overprinting spam.     Get your printer to do what it advertises. not tell us the function you promote is a 'lost cause'.    so lame.  BAH
