Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

ERROR MESSAGE IN PLOTTER HP DEISGNJET T2500 SAYING ( RESTART THE PRINTER. IF THE PROBLEM PERSIST CALL HP ,

ERROR CODE 48:00 >

 

PLEASE SUPPORT ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN PLOTTER .

48:00 PRS Actuator system failure
Call agent:
1. Use the power switch at the rear to turn off the printer, then disconnect the power cord.
Reconnect the power cord, then turn on the printer.
2. Perform the scan-axis PRS diagnostic test to troubleshoot the problem further.
Service engineer:
1. Check that the PRS Actuator cable is undamaged and correctly connected to the engine PCA.
2. Replace the printhead-to-paper space solenoid.
3. Replace the engine PCA.

how to make this check for axis if i am not able to see the screen panel give me the way how to enter to setting or where ?

Suggest you do a google search for the service manual and then follow the procedures in the manual.
