I am attempting to install software to contect HP Envy 5530 to my Dell laptop runing Windows 7 Home Enterprise. I've installed and uninstalled. used the web and the install disk but when I check the printer it shows a warning triangel with an exclamation point (!) which is telling me it needs trouble shooting. I get the error "driver for WSD print device is not installed". Please help me.

I believe I have tried your 3 bullets to no avail. I have tried parts of HP Wireless Printing Center but I will start again and concentrate my efforts in that area from the top.
It doesn't appear a problem of the "printer not found". The Hp Envy 5530 printer is listed. but shows an icon that indicates trouble shooting is required. see this dropbox link http://1drv.ms/1zODxEY
Having said that, however, when I attempted to print the word document , I did get a " no printers installed" message: http://1drv.ms/1AgOqEE
Bottom line, it isn't resolved, yet. dang it.
Thanks for your help. I will persevere and hope to get it resolved. I'll reply when I do.

Hi @shehaz,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand that you cannot install your HP Envy 5530 on Windows 7 Home Enterprise. I am happy to help!
How is the printer connected? Wireless or USB?
Are you able to make copies? Copy Text or Mixed Documents.
In the meantime, please try the HP Print and Scan Doctor, and let me know what happens!
Hope to hear from you soon!

Wireless
yes I am able to make copies
I attempted the HP Print and Scan Doctor, but it didn't list Windows 7 Home enterprise. Nor did it show the error I have received. so it didn't seem to help me.
A bit more clarification:
I am able to print using my Toshiba laptop running windows 8.1. I'm getting the "WSD error" when I'm trying to set up my Dell laptop running Windows 7 Home Enterprise.
During my attempts and looking at the forums, I saw mention of shared printer options. I looked and it appears that the printer is set up on the Toshiba as shared.

Hi shehaz,
Thank you for your response!
Please go through the following guides:
- An 'Unable to Find Printer' Error Displays for the HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One and Deskjet Ink Advanta....
- 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Does Not Print: Windows 7.
- Printer Does Not Maintain Wireless Connection.
Also, please take a look through our HP Wireless Printing Center, website.
Hope this information will solve your problem, and have a good day!

all your ideas and links eventually pointed me to a solution that works for me : ePRINT! so now, I'll stop banging my head to try and print to my wireless printer. Instead I'll use ePrint.
Thanks for getting me to think in another way to solve my print problem. I appreciate it!
