laser jet pro CM1415fn color M

hi there recently my printer is making a lot of noise when printing and the printouts are faded on the left hand side of the page. Im also getting some ghosting in colour sections. The right side of the printout is perfectly clear. All the cartridges are full and it is plugged directly in to the wall. It is a laser Jet Pro CM1415fn color MFP.  The same thing happens when I copy. I have followed the instructions to calibrate

Hi @hayley2

Thank you for joining the HP Forums!

I understand that you are getting faded printing and hearing noises with your HP Laserjet pro CM1415fn color printer. I am happy to look into this for you!

Regarding the faded printing, please see this guide, Resolving Print Quality Issues. And, in regards to the noises, I would recommend going through this guide, A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays, and look for any signs of paper jams, as well as broken parts using a flashlight.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact HP phone support for your hardware options. (After you fill out the information, you will be given a phone number.) If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region. Country-language selector.

If you are able to reach some resolution, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

Hope to hear from you soon! 🙂
