Hi I am having an issue with a Photosmart D110a. When I power it on, I see a screen that says "mfg mode" then it goes to the home screen.
Also when the printer is powered off instead of showing a black or darkened LCD, the screen is black and white checkered with a blue progress bar.
Also, the black ink cartridge is not printing, but color prints fine.
I would like to know how to turn off MFG mode or determine whether MFG mode is causing these other noted issues.
Thanks in advance for any help!
