Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Have you installed the FULL feature software?

There are print shorcuts in the FULL feature driver that allows you to simply pick one or 2 sided.

If you have not install, here is a resource to help you:

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

Hope that helps!

Hi

thanks for the reply.

I believe I have intsalled the full feature software (product only 2 weeks old) - how do I now go back to this to select one-sided?  Or is there an easier way to flip between the two options of 1sided or 2 sided per printing instruction?

Hi @FIWIL,

Can you take a look at this video:

HP Officejet Pro 6968: Download & Install Software & print double sided on macOS 10 11

Take a look at time 3:45, it show how to do a single or double sided print in Word. Should be applicable for other software as well.

Hope that helps!
