Would like to know how to use the printing option to “Greyscale”. Is that right?
I will definitely help you.
I recommend you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.
To use a Color management setting other than Color Smart/sRGB, the driver default, follow the steps below:
- Select Start, Settings, and then Printers and Faxes (right-click on the printer name).
- Select Printing Preferences, then Color.
- Change the Color management settings "Greyscale", and select OK.
Let me know if that worked.
