At the moment my HP Deskjet 3070A will only scan in A5 size. I would like it to scan in A4 size. I am using a Mac 10.5.8. Help

Hi,

Are you scanning from the HP Scan 3 software or from the printer front panel?

Please also clarify your intention by A5 scanning, Is the scan being resized or being cropped?

If you are scanning from the Front Panel and the scan being cropped. please try following the steps below. Otherwise please clarify.

1. Open the HP Utility and select your device.
2. From Scan Settings open the "Scan to Computer".
3. Click the "Scan Tasks" tab.
4. Select the Scan Shortcut used to scan, then click Edit.
5. In the section of Scan from an HP Device click on the blue triangle to enlarge the menu.
6. From the enlarged menu now open the drop-down menu next to Crop To and set as None.
7. Click OK and try scanning.

Regards,
Shlomi
