Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

 

 

i am not allowed to save my scan to my computer.....  i am not hooked up for wireless.. it worked for a year then just st opped w/o me changing a  thing.   Im in the second half of my life  that is if i live to be 100.. i need this help soon. 

    welll i guess i can forget this..  nearly 6 months now ive beent rying to get  help on this thing..... nothing works... it just wants to scan and print... i do not want to print  just scan to my downloads.. or documents or pictures   and now..

I would require more information regarding this.

  • The computer in question is an Inspiron which happens to be a Dell computer.
  • Do you have any HP products?
  • If you have an HP printer, please let me know the complete model# of the printer.
