I purchased the 3050a loaded software etc, everything fine except my printer can't be found by my ipad or iPhone. It's connected to my wifi network etc but when it comes to printing the hp eprint app can't find it either. Rang hp support earlier today and they have no technicians available to talk to me until Monday. Any help would be appreciated.

i bought an Hp printer 3050a and they gave me hp deskjet 5552 software to install on my computer for the printer. the printer is not connecting i wondered if that is the problem?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues trying to install your Deskjet 3050A onto your computer for a wireless connection.
