i just bought a deskjet 1510 (1513) all-in-one printer and was under the impression that i could connect it wirelessly to my network -- can anyone tell me if this is possible with this model and what is the best way of going about installing my printer to print wirelessly -- thank you

Hi danton3,
I checked the product specifications for you to see whether the Deskjet 1513 has the wireless capability. Turns out it does not. This particular model supports USB only.
I hope this resolves your inquiry. Thanks for reaching out to the HP Forums.

I can't get the printer to catch the paper. I only use this printer once a month for labels. Also when you sent me the new printer, it did not have a cord with it, so I had to use the one from my old hp deskjet. Can you help me with these two problems? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @jac4148
You say when HP sent you the new printer, was this a replacement printer? if it was a replacement, it is normal that you would not have received a cord. If it was a new printer you purchased, you should have got a power cable with it and I suggest calling HP to let them know. If you are in Canada or US call 800 474 6836, or you can Contact HP Worldwide.
As for the printer not picking up paper now, I suspect the following document will help you to troubleshoot the issue; The Printer Does Not Pick Up or Feed Paper.
I hope this helps.

I just bought this printer through Amazon and it was advertised as wireless. Really disappointed. Spent two hours trying to configure settings and watch tutorials. As of yet it still has not printed a single document when plugged into my pc...

Hi @admack333,
You might consider reaching out to the seller you purchased the printer from as this is not a wireless printer. Alternatively, you can connect a USB cable and use the printer.
The following applies to the HP Deskjet 1510, 1511, 1512, 1513, 1514, Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515, 1516, and 1518 All-in-One printers;

Well, I have the same printer, and I found a nice way to print remotly throught wifi. I was just lucky to have an wifi modem equipped with:
- "Printer Server"
- USB connection
So I follow instruction manual of the modem to install a printer over this modem (TPlink Model No. TD-W8970) and I can now print from any PC connected to this router
What I'm searching of now is how to print from my Android device using this this setup.
