hp deskjet 3050

I have the deskjet 3050 and want to print on an A5 card. I have tried various ways to solve the problem to no avail. I am using microsoft word.

I have tried changing the settings in both word and the printer settings (paper size, margins, adding collums, changing portrait and landscape etc) I have searched the internet and while some of the solutions printed on the page it has never been where I have put the message and sometimes not even in the right direction.

Please help, its becoming very frustrating, I'm sure its something simple that I just cannot fathom!

Hi@Kelly111,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I was going through your post and understand that you need assistance in fixing the card printing issues on the PC. Is that, right? I will be glad to help you.

Below is the card specification you may use. Your printer is able to handle the dimensions.

Index: 101.6 x 152 mm (4 x 6 inches)

Index: 127 x 203.2 mm (5 x 8 inches)

Any change in the card dimension, your printer might not be able to print and may throw up an error.

Hope that answers you the question. Feel free to reply for more.
