hp eprint

Daughter inadvertently added the hpeprint to her tablet to be able to print from it instead of the hp print plugin. Now my wife cannot print her documents from her laptop to the printer wirelessly using the printer that she has in her devices and printers. It says it is unknown now. We don't WANT to use web printing or cloud printing, just our own wireless router to print wirelessly at our house. How can we get this corrected so that it is not associated with the hpConnected any longer?

Hi GoldenMgr,

I see you have been having some printing issues since the install of the HP ePrint app onto a tablet, I can not see how that would affect printing from a computer, but stranger things have happened. If you would like to disabled the Web Services on the printer, go to the front panel of it and press the ePrint button (bottom left, below Copy). From there, select Remove Web Services.

Regarding the more specific printing issue on the PC, have you tried the steps offered by X-23, here: HP Officejet Pro 8620 won't print from apps on laptop but prints from web just fine
