where may i find the utilities for the printer with windows 7?

Follow steps below to turn off black only.

1. Select start menu
2. Go to devices and printers.
3. Right click on the printer select printing preferences
4. In the bottom right hand corner select advanced
5. Then under printer features select print in grayscale a dropdown will appear to turn off black only.

Are you trying to get your Deskjet 3510 to print in black ink/greyscale or are you trying to turn the color printing feature back on?

 

I am confused by your post and want to make sure I understand exactly the issue you are experiencing.
