My printer keeps giving me the abocve code (0x61011bed).

Gone thru all the steps, nothing works. Is this being laid to bed!!!! LOL

Please follow the steps mentioned in the video to check for carriage jam.

I did evferything in the video, it still is not working. This printer is at least 4 years old

Well unfortunately this seems to be a Hardware Failure with the unit, and hence you need to buy another printer, or call HP at 1800 474 6836.. and the support agent will provide you with best options with discounted price. Since you already are an HP customer, you will get discounts for the printers.
