Well changing my Routers Network Name (SSID) to match the HP Printers: hpsetup did not work so I changed my Routers Network Names (SSID) to two different ones for each of the frequencies.  HP Printer still does not detect any wireless networks on the TouchSmart display.

I can connect to the Router using a laptop, desktop, iPhone, and Sony Blue-Ray Player.  My HP Printer and Samsung Smart TV still do not detect the WD Router.  Must be some setting within the WD Router for the 2.4GHz frequency.  I tried changing the Frequency Width from 20 MHz to 20/40 MHz and those two devices still do not detect the WD Router.

HP Photosmart Plus Model B209a-m

Firmware Revison: EIL1FN0926AR,

Hostname: HPD40332,

Serial Number CN08L4D2HQ05MM

When I turn on my HP Printer my Laptop detects a Wireless Network Named: hpsetup, Security: Unsecured, Type: 802.11b

I will try changing the Channel and see if that makes a difference.

Well I hooked up my old Cisco Router and then both my HP Printer and Samsung Smart TV connected to the Cisco Router on the first try. I disconnected power from the Cisco Router.  I tried changing my WD N750 routers settings to match the settings of the disconnected Cisco Router and my HP Printer and Samsung Smart TV still would not connect to the WD N750 Router.  After determining there might be a setting somewhere in the WD N750 router that I missed I called WD Support.  Talked to a very polite and knowledgeable gentleman name Hector from the Dominican Republic.  We tried several things using the WD N750 configuration settings with no luck.  WD Rep. Hector then suggested I change the WD N750 Network Name (SSID) to the same exact name and password as the Cisco Router which is still disconnected.  Both the HP Printer and Samsung Smart TV connected to the WD N750 Router on the first attempt.  I tried changing the WD N750 Router back to a different Network Name (SSID) and password and again neither device would connect to the WD N750 Router even if I Restored the Network Settings to Factory Default on the HP Printer.
