Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hpz12 pml driver is constantly  using more than 20% of my CPU and is slowing down my HP desktop.  How do I fix this problem?

Welcome to the HP Forums! 

 

I understand that the hpz12 pml driver for your HP Photosmart d110 printer is using too much CPU usage. I am happy to look into this issue for you! 

 

Out of curiosity, are you able to install this printer on another computer, to see if the file does the same to that computer?
