im receiving error msg that replace genuine cartiage evan i replace with new cartridge of same brand

I understand that you are getting cartridge related error message on your Deskjet 1000 series printer. I found a wonderful document which will help you fix this issue.

Go to http://hp.care/2oRO705 and follow all the steps mentioned.
