HP Officejet Pro X451dw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Opened the paper try to add paper.  Priinter give Ink system problem code 0xc6fd0002.  Instructs me to turn printer off, remove power cord, unplug cord from wall, wait, then plug cord into wall then into printer.  When I went to turn the print off, it just showed "Shutting Down"  and never shut down.  Followed unplug and plug instructions a dozen times with same results.

Thank you for visiting HP Forum,

Check the following steps.

1.Turn the printer off by unplugging the power cord from the printer.
2.Check if there is a paper jam. If yes remove the paper jam and then plug the power cord and power on the printer.

If still issue persist, then i would suggest you to contact HP Phone Support about this error message. Phone no.s are listed below....
