issue printing # 10 enveoples

I am printing in a built in envelope in word- in the mailings tab, envelope. I think it may be hopeless.

Did you run the word diagnostics program?

Never heard of a word diagnostic program. Where would I find that? I never mentioned this but have always talked about the envelopes, I have never had an issue whatever with printing the document portion.

What Word version do you have?

I believe it is 2007. I had 2016 but like the older version better because it the save and print commands seem more responsive when I am working on this type of project.

For 2007 Office

1. Start the 2007 Word program.
2. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Word Options.
3. In the Options dialog box, click Resources, and then click Diagnose next to office diagnostics.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Run Diagnostics.

I ran the diagnostics and no issues were found. I truly think this has to do with the printer or print head.

Seems odd that the first line of the delivery address would be skipped sometimes.

Can you provide me with sample of the first line which does not print?
