Just got new printer, and when i ran the setup, it keeps telling me to remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartrige, making sure it is correctly installed. It doesn't indicate which one, so I removed both and reinstalled both, making sure the tape was removed off of back. I've repeated numerous times and keep getting same message. It says if you keep getting the message to replace the ink cartriges, but these are the ones that came with it that are meant for setup. Can anyone please help, thanks.
