Product: hp envy 5540 series

my printer is only few months old, but playing up

when i go to print a card making sheet out , the printer keeps cancelling it , it either prints just a little bit of picture then chucks it out or takes forever to print any thing

i am on wireless have treid with usb lead but still having same problems

i have cleaned it as it says there are no paper jams etc have unplugged it etc

can any one help before it goes out the window as i am getting fed up with wasting my photo paper which isnt cheap

What operating system are you running?

Can you print ok using the copy option from the front panel?

Have you tried uninstalling the HP software?
