Is the page that jams blank or does it has printing on it. If blank, try using tray 1 for the same job just to see if it happens. My gut tells it will not as you may be having an issue with the solenoid that controls paper pickup for tray 2. I guess you could also try tray 3 since you should be able to adjust the paper size levers in the tray to accomadate whatever size paper you are using. If the solenoid is the issue report back as I can give you instructions on how to repair. Generally if the solenoid is the issue no matter how many pages you print, the printer will print 1 or 2 more pages which are blank and then you should get a jam message.
