laserjet Pro MFP M277 dw
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Just purchased Laserjet Pro MFP M277 dw and cannot get it to print or copy.  I have istalled new drivers twice, rebooted the computer and unplugged the printer twice.  I did get the printer to make a copy once, but only if I turned off the wireless network.  Sometimes I get an error message that the memory is low.  I've also tried scan doctor.

Welcome @scubo

Thanks for joining the HP Support Forums!

The great thing about the Support Forums is that here you can find solutions, suggestions and have an abundant amount of access to helping hands! I understand that you are having an issue with the a memory low error and the printer not printing at all. You said that you were able to make a copy once, but only if you turned off the wireless.

Have you tried to update the firmware for your printer? You will find two firmware updates available for your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

HP LaserJet Pro Series Firmware Update Utility:

This update is recommended for the HP Color LaserJet Pro M277 MFP series that have a firmware version older than the one posted.

If these do not work, I would suggest that we try a NVRAM Reset. I have sent you that information in a private message. If you are unfamiliar with how to check your private messages here is a How to check your messages document.

If you require further assistance, please come back on and re-post. I would be more than happy to help!

If this reply helped put you in the right direction or one of the solutions was helpful, please use the Accept as Solution button. If you want to give me a virtual high five, please click the Thumbs Up icon below.
