Always get memory full error, how do I clean this out, how do i upgrade the memory. Cannot copy of fax, and I have deleted all stored faxes already.
Also, how do I upgrade the firmware?

Welcome to the HP Forums @nafg!
I understand you are seeing a memory full error and you have already deleted all of your stored faxes. I found a post written by @Gemini02 that I think might help. Here's what Gemini02 suggested:
The printer's memory is full which is why your are receiving this error message.
Try turning your printer off and on again. This should clear the memory from the printer.
When you send print jobs, try sending them in smaller sizes.
Every so often, power cycle your printer to clear the memory and you should not have this problem in the future.
You might have to do a power reset.
With the printer still turned on, disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.
Then disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.
Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable back to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer and power it on again.
Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector)
Turn on the Archive print option on, to see if it will make a difference.
Go to setup, service, archive print.
I would update the printer's firmware.
HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw Color Multifunction Printer Drivers.
Select your operating system, click next, click the link for firmware.
You can also clear out the memory for the fax, in case it is also causing some issues.
Go to setup/service menu/fax service/clear saved faxes/OK to clear.
