my printer is not printing excel documents what is the cause?

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to print excel sheets from your HP Officejet 8710 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Are you getting any error message while printing?
  • Try to print a pdf document or a photo and check if that is printing.

Meanwhile:

  • Uninstall the printer software.
  • Click here and follow the steps in the document to uninstall.
  • Install printer using windows built in driver. Click here.
