HP Deskjet 2542 All-in-One Pri

My printer keeps printing all documents and pictures to the left & Very small... like 7x5... But all the settings have been on Letterand not helped, so i tried A4... neither are solving the problem... i am trying to run a business so how can i sort this problem out quickly please  -_-

Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!

 

I should be able to provide some help with the incorrect print size!  What is the model number of the printer you are working with and what operating system is on the computer you print from?  Are you printing from any specific programs? Does this happen when printing from anything else.  I recommend performing a stand alone photo copy on the printer. If the printer can copy a document correctly then the hardware in the printer is OK and you likely have a software issue.
