priter detected error, error code:0042-0117

Hi,

 

This error code points either to a physical obtruction on the carriage or a damage on the carriage belt.

I would recommend to remove the paper, open the printer's cover and check for any physical obstruction on the printable area.

Make sure print head is properly intalled and carriage moves freely from side to side.

Also, check on belt's condition
