Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to be able to scan a small part of a document and print it out full page size. Since installing windows 10 I do not now have that facility, it only prints out the size of the original scan.

@egbod

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you are not able to print enlarged pdf document from scanned size,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Did you install the latest version of the full feature software for win10?

Did you check for any other HP Forum posts to help resolve your concern?

If you haven't, Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here for the steps.

(Though the header/title may be different, the steps will help resolve your concern).

Once the above-mentioned steps are done, Click here to install the HP Printer Install Wizard (instead of directly using the printer's driver). When you run it, this utility will facilitate what I'm hoping is a smoother and more effective printer setup.

Keep me posted for further assistance 😉
