Product: Officejet 6962
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this new from Walmart and when asked to sign up for the Instant Ink service I researched how much ink would be without the service. I entered my model at the HP website  and it says ink for this model has been discontinued. What in the @#$% is going on?

I see that you're concerned about your printer's eligibility in the Instant Ink service. While I can't speak to how long it's going to be manufactured in the future, I do know for a fact that it is an Instant Ink eligible printer.

The question was about why ink at hp.Com is discontinued. I can't buy it direct from the hp website because it says it is discontinued. This isn't about instant ink. Forget I said anything about instant ink.

I misread the post, my bad. I saw the same message on our site too, so I get why you're concerned. Your printer is part of the 6960 series, so this link will serve in showing that it's still possible to buy the ink you need well into the future: http://store.hp.com/us/en/cat/ink--toner---paper?q=6962
